Montana Houston
Vice President
Growing up with a name synonymous with two locations, Montana Houston often contemplated the world and her place in it. When she left her Seattle roots to attend the University of Southern California as a first-generation college student, she learned how much of that world was built on unspoken rules.
That realization shaped her nearly decade-long commitment to advancing equity through law, financial literacy, and education. Her experience includes leading DEI strategy at Dropbox, developing financial wellness programs at Goodwill, and founding rYOUminate, an award-winning social enterprise expanding access to life skills education for underrepresented young adults.
Montana is eager to bring her expertise in community-based program development, inclusive entrepreneurship, and impact measurement to the Center for Inclusive Entrepreneurship. She also serves on the Seattle Renters’ Commission and the Pioneer Square Preservation Board, appointed by Mayor Bruce Harrell to champion economic opportunity across the City of Seattle.
