We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the graduation of our newest cohort of women entrepreneurs in Pasco, WA, who have successfully completed CIE’s Comadres Business Startup Course!
“The Comadres program is about more than starting a business; it’s about empowering women to believe in their potential, create economic opportunities for themselves and their families, and strengthen the communities they call home. We are incredibly proud of this graduating class and all they have accomplished.” -Cinthya Montero, East Columbia Basin Program Manager
Empowering Diverse Local Businesses
This cohort represents the vibrant, diverse future of our regional economy. Our 22 graduates are launching and growing businesses across a wide array of industries, including: Food Businesses, Cleaning Services, Retail & Beauty, Childcare, and Professional Services.
By equipping these women with vital business knowledge, confidence, and resources, the Comadres program helps them build sustainable enterprises that will uplift Pasco and its surrounding communities.
Beyond the classroom, Comadres fosters a deeply supportive network. This program creates a space where women encourage one another, share resources, and build lasting connections with fellow business owners.
