Cinthya serves as a bilingual Business Advisor providing one-on-one advising to underrepresented communities in the Columbia Basin. She graduated from Walla Walla University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Cinthya brings in her business experience and knowledge from her previous role as Program Manager for Mercy Corps Northwest and as a business owner. In her previous role, Cinthya worked with underrepresented communities in need of resources and support to increase their financial well-being by opening their small business. Cinthya managed the education, loans and grant program that helped entrepreneurs create satisfying lives for themselves and their families.
Cinthya enjoys working with entrepreneurs who have a dream they would like to one day unfold. She brings in her positive attitude and motivation to our team.
While not at work, Cinthya loves spending quality time with her family, helping out her husband with their food business and enjoying the outdoors during the warm weather.
