Welcome!
Phone numbers
Your phone number is set up through Google Voice and connected to your CIE email account. With this number you can call and receive text messages as well. In the settings, you may adjust to have the texts and voice messages also be sent to your email. This is highly recommended.

Using a computer for Google Voice
Sign in to Google Voice with your computer: You can also make phone calls directly from your computer without having to use a phone app.
Using your Phone for Google Voice
Download the Google Voice App: From Google Play
Follow instructions for setup. It will give you the choice to have it also send calls directly to your phone (useful if you will be in areas where internet is not dependable).

Email is set up via Google Workspace. Make sure to accept invitation via email invite. After set up, visit gmail.com to sign in.
Email Signature
Set up your signature using the template below and edit with your information. Note the following when editing:

Font within the Google signature settings: Tahoma

Use bold for the first two lines

If your role is within a region, use one of the following next to your title. If you are not set to a specific region, simply have your position title.:

Download the image files to use for the signature. You will need to upload them when entering them in your signature:

LinkedIn image – link this to your own LinkedIn webpage if you have one.

Please make sure to leave the full tagline that indicates all counties served by CIE complete. Do not edit down to the counties within your region only. It is important for people to know all counties served by our organization and your title with the region next to it will help indicate who you serve specifically.

Payroll for Salary Employees
You do not need to enter any time in Gusto. Your pay is automatically calculated based on your annual salary.
Payroll for Hourly Employees

Employees track hours

During the pay period, employees can track their time by entering their hours or clocking in.

Managers review hours

Your assigned manager will review and approve your hours.

Admin runs payroll
Before running payroll, Admins can review employees’ hours and run payroll when they’re ready.

Reimbursements
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
HRA reimbursements will be paid out through Gusto but they are managed via Peoplekeep. Check your personal email account for an email from peoplekeep.com and make sure you are signed up. Read through information on how HRA works. https://www.peoplekeep.com/
Pre-approved expenses
If you incur expenses that were pre-approved, you may submit reimbursement requests via Gusto. More updates on this forthcoming.
